​DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

  • With Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketer

  • At least 2 years of prior experience in blogging, website content creation, email marketing, social media management and marketing, google analytics, google ads, including adding content to and editing content on WordPress websites.

  • Proficient in Adobe, Canva, Microsoft Office, Social Media Platforms,

  • At least 15 Mbps internet connection speed

  • In- home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8 GB and has back- up internet connection.

  • Excellent English communication and written skills

GENERAL ADMIN

Qualifications:

  • With Bachelor’s Degree

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Problem solver and sound computer literacy skills

  • Basic bookkeeping experience using Xero (training provided)

  • Basic experience in invoicing and P&L statement (training provided)

  • Basic experience in any Accounting software

  • Experience in general calendar management

  • Ensuring agenda is followed and taking meeting minutes

  • Strong admin experience and very organized.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

  • With Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant

  • Proficient in office management, administration, accounting and data tasks.

  • Experience and ability with Microsoft Office 365

  • Able to work with or learn new finance system apps e.g. Dext & Xero

  • Experience with photo and video editing

  • Strong English Communication Skills
